Custom: It’s the year 2025, and all boys are required to be placed on the Small Penis Registry (SPR), if their dicks are 4 inches or less by the time they turn 18. This has been done to enhance women’s rights, and help women assess potential partners. But because the SPR is public, a person listed on the Registry will be known by all women in his life; all they need to do is search his name in the database.
It’s super embarrassing to be placed on the SPR; and even though it’s **** to not be registered, if required, some boys take their chances. Because of legal reasons, boys are supposed to voluntarily register for the SPR by 18. And if they don’t, they run the risk of being placed in chastity by the Female SPR Judge, if they’re found out; and of course, they’ll then be placed on the SPR with details about the case.
Because I didn’t want to be humilated in my teens-18+ and through college, I decided to not register with the SPR when I turned 18. And now at thirty, my girlfriend has dumped and discarded me for someone else. And to be cruel, she decided to report me to the SPR.
With my penis measuring approximately 3 inches, you, the SPR judge, deem me guilty of failing to register with the SPR. No trials or appeals are allowed for SPR cases. There’s too many of them, and the government sees them as a nuisance. All sentences are final, and the law gives you absolute discretion to prescribe as much time in chastity prison as you deem necessary.
