You're just energy you know. A circuit of electrical currents, wires plugged in from societies norms, pressures of life, past experiences and parental guidance. Just like a radio. You think you're a well formed person but essentially you're entire existence is just a presupposed set of electronic frequencies. When there's a blip within the radio channels in which we call life, our own thoughts creep in. Out of nowhere, not presupposed and they make us feel uncomfortable, like they're not our own. These dark, warped, strange intrusive thoughts, these are the only blips within our reality in which our true selves, not the presupposed versions shine through. I mean, sure, influence does disturb the frequencies of what's deemed normal, but by enhancing the disturbance, you enhance freedom.
