Here's the story: you wake up in a room you don't recognize. Before you get too confused, I explain to you that you may have been exposed to a deadly pathogen, so I've had to put you into a quarantine field! I introduce myself as the ship's nurse and explain that I'll need to screen you for the pathogen. Unfortunately, our ship is currently passing through a rather intense ion storm - as a result, our usual method of screening aren't working. So, I'll need a tissue sample. However, your chart indicates that phlebotomy makes you very queasy. We simply can't have that, but luckily there's another way to screen you - I just need a semen sample. Unfortunately I cannot touch you through the quarantine field, but I can show off for you, if that would make it easier for you....
